1. Booking your Trip
A- All the enquiries should be filled and sent through the website, after submission each enquiry a representative will contact you on the stated email to confirm and discuss additional requirements.
B- Then a proposal will be sent to your stated email which will include all the services that is going to be provided with the prices.
C- The proposal could be modified through the email.
D- In case of confirmation of the proposal the customer should pay deposit, which is paid to the suppliers that require prepayment which are in most cases the accommodation and transportation service providers.
E- 2 Weeks before the start date of the trip the customer should pay the full amount stated in the proposal(invoice) through a bank transfer or with a different method.
F- As soon as the payment is received a service agreement will be signed by both parties.
G- All special requirements and prices of those should be discussed prior to the payment.
H- The company will be responsible to provide the services stated in the proposal.
2. Prices
A- Prices of all services are defined by the suppliers and it can vary due to the seasonal changes.
B- All the prices stated in the website are fixed and no changes are applied in those trips and activities.
C- In case of confirmed proposal an invoice is issued which can be used to pay for the services.
D- Discounts may be applied based on the services required.
3. Cancellation and Changes
A- The company reserves the right to make changes to the trip due to the factors out of its control with a notice of 2 weeks period. In case of the major changes (unable to provide a listed activity or trip on the invoice) the customer has the right to cancel the trip or get compensated for the difference amount.
B- The client has the right to do minor or major changes in the trip until 2 weeks ahead of the arrival. The minor changes are changes in the time of arrival in the same day, changes in the transportation types (in case any deposits will be paid to those service providers the company is not paying refunding the customer). The major Changes are changes in the arrival dates, cancellation of multiple activities, changes in accommodation types and changes in guide languages. The company does not promise to refund in case of major changes if any deposits are paid.
C- The customer has the right to cancel the confirmed trip until the payment of the invoice which is 2 weeks before the trip. After payment of the invoice until 1 day before the arrival to Azerbaijan the customer can request to cancel, and the company will pay full amount – deposits – 15% fee.
D- Compensation will not be paid for changes or cancellations caused by Acts of God (Force Majeure), war, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of airports, strikes or other industrial action, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond the Company’s control. It is essential that you take out adequate travel insurance.
4. Our Responsibilities
A- Bakuiscalling does not own or manage the accommodation, transportation and other facilities used in provision of the tours arranged. While the Company has exercised care in selecting providers of accommodation, accommodation, restaurants and other facilities.
B- The Company is not responsible if you or any member of your group suffer death, illness or injury as a result of any failure to perform or improper performance of any part of our contract with you where such failure is attributable to (i) the acts and/or omissions of any member of the party, or (ii) those of a third party not connected with the provision of your trip, or (iii) an event which neither the Company or the service provider could have foreseen or prevented even with due care.
C- Should any member of your party suffer illness, injury or death through misadventure arising out of an activity, which does not form part of the holiday the Company has arranged for you the Company cannot accept liability. The Company will offer general assistance where appropriate.
5. Your Responsibilities
A- You are responsible for the tickets to and from Azerbaijan. However, the company can assist in finding tickets for additional fee.
B- You are responsible for all the travel insurances for your group for the duration of your trip.
C- You are responsible for acquiring a visa to Azerbaijan for the duration of your trip to Azerbaijan. However, the company can assist in the process of getting visa.
D- You are responsible to leave Azerbaijan before the expiration of your visa and company is not responsible for any issues related to migration.
E- By agreeing to a trip with BakuisCalling you promise to behave in an orderly manner and not to disrupt the enjoyment of others on trip with you nor to do anything to bring the reputation of the Company and its suppliers into disrepute. If you breach this clause your holiday will be terminated with immediate effect and the Company and suppliers will have no further contractual obligation to you. The Company will be entitled to recover from the offending party and/or the person who signed the booking form compensation for any damage caused.
6. Complaints
A- If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant accommodation provide, local agent of other suppliers immediately so that they can endeavor to put things right. If you cannot resolve the problems, you must contact the Company so that we are given an opportunity to help. The Company will not hold themselves responsible for the non-performance of an itinerary through causes beyond their control or when they are not notified of a problem at the point where remedial action can be taken. In the unlikely event that a complaint cannot be resolved at the time, you should write to the Company within 14 days of returning home, giving your original invoice number and all other relevant information. If you fail to take any of these steps you will hinder the Company’s ability to put any problem right and/or investigate it fully and any right you have to receive compensation will be reduced or completely invalidated.
B- Any dispute that may arise will be governed by Azerbaijani law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Azerbaijani Courts.
